The Bathhouse Membership Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your Bathhouse Membership (“Membership”) with [The Bathhouse Pty Ltd] (“The Bathhouse,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By signing up for a Membership, you agree to these Terms.

1. Membership Commitment    All Memberships require a minimum 6-month commitment from the date of sign-up.   Memberships continue on an ongoing monthly basis after the initial 3 months unless cancelled in accordance with these Terms.  2. Payments    Membership fees are charged monthly in advance via the payment method provided at sign-up.   It is your responsibility to ensure payment details are valid and up to date.   If payment fails, we reserve the right to suspend your Membership until payment is received.  3. Cancellation & Notice Period    Memberships may be cancelled any time after the minimum 6-month commitment.   A minimum of 4 weeks’ written notice is required to cancel. Your Membership will remain active during the notice period, and fees will continue to be charged.   Cancellations must be submitted in writing via [email address/online form].  4. Freezes / Holds    Memberships may be placed on hold (e.g., for travel, medical reasons) at our discretion.   Holds must be requested in writing, and approval will be confirmed by The Bathhouse.   Any freeze/hold time does not count toward the 3-month minimum commitment.  5. Membership Benefits    Membership inclusions (e.g., soak sessions, discounts, perks) are as advertised at the time of sign-up.   The Bathhouse reserves the right to make reasonable changes to benefits with prior notice.  6. Refunds & Transfers    Membership fees are non-refundable except as required by law.   Memberships are non-transferable.  7. Code of Conduct    Members are expected to treat staff, guests, and facilities with respect.   The Bathhouse reserves the right to suspend or terminate a Membership for behaviour deemed inappropriate or in breach of our policies.  8. Liability    By becoming a Member, you acknowledge that participation in spa services may carry inherent risks.   To the extent permitted by law, The Bathhouse is not liable for injury, loss, or damage sustained while using our facilities or services.  9. Amendments    The Bathhouse may update these Terms from time to time. Members will be notified in writing of any significant changes.
