The Men’s Recovery Package is a deeply restorative experience created to reset the nervous system, support muscle recovery, and restore natural energy levels for men who are constantly running on caffeine, long days, and little downtime.

This experience begins with a two-hour soak session, giving full access to our mineral pools, sauna, steam room, and ice bath. The contrast of heat and cold helps reduce inflammation, flush toxins, and increase circulation supporting faster recovery and improved physical performance.

Guests then choose between a 60-minute dry zero-gravity float or a 60-minute magnesium wet float, both designed to switch the body into deep rest. Floating allows the nervous system to fully down-regulate, easing mental fatigue and muscular tension, while magnesium absorption supports muscle relaxation, sleep quality, and overall energy production. Many guests report that one float can feel like several hours of deep, uninterrupted sleep.
